Our Maintenance Services

We offer maintenance and servicing work across a range of electrical and heating components, these include:

Heat Pumps - We will check refrigerant levels and leakage points with an electronic sensor and record any findings.
Ground or air source systems - One of the biggest breakdown issues within a system arises from dirty water, it attacks internal components and over time will break those components down. The water quality needs to maintain a healthy pH level and the correct amount of anti-freeze glycol.
Fan Motors - We will look at general wear and tear, electrical supply and connections including amperage used and compare this to the manufacturer's data.
Coils - Here we are checking for cleanliness, our team will clean and wash coils on all services with a dedicated coil cleaning solution.
Air conditioning units - Air temperatures onto and off the Outdoor evaporator and measure the heat being absorbed by your unit.
